Dispatchers were bouncing between spreadsheets, laggy maps and chat threads while vehicles crossed borders. Exceptions got lost; partners saw too much or too little.

React console with WebSocket positions, role-based views (dispatch vs. partner), incident workflows, and a Dockerized deploy that plugs into an existing TMS.
